VyStar Donates Teddy Bears for “Bears on Patrol” Program

VyStar’s Corporate Headquarters in Jacksonville held a collection of stuffed teddy bears over the past two weeks by their employees.  They donated them to the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office and the Nassau County Sheriff’s Office for their “Bears on Patrol” program.  The bears are given to patrol officers to place in their patrol car to give to children they come in contact with who have been traumatized or has been a victim in order to calm their fears.
