Bailiff Division/Court Security

Court Security is responsible for fulfilling the Sheriff’s constitutional responsibility to provide comprehensive law enforcement and security services to both courthouses in Nassau County.

Bailiff’s maintain courtroom security, safety and decorum protecting judges, jurors, citizens, and inmates during court proceedings.
