On October 2, 2019, narcotics detectives from NCSO and FBPD served a search warrant at 1212 Hickory Street in Fernandina Beach after numerous complaints of drug activity. Several items were seized including 189.9 grams of marijuana, 14.1 grams of cocaine, 9 grams of crack cocaine and $1,972 in US currency.
Santaurus Quavon Brizele, 28, from Fernandina Beach, was arrested and charged with 2 counts of Sale of Cocaine within 1,000 feet of Public Housing, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Keeping a Place Where Controlled Substance is Kept/Sold/Used Declared a Public Nuisance.
Ashlaun Tzion Roberson, 20, from Fernandina Beach, was arrested and charged with Sale of Cocaine within 1,000 feet of Public Housing, Possession of Marijuana, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
